Public SyncTool enables you to synchronize Outlook folders between a Notebook and PC. It can synchronize Personal Folders (PST files) with Personal Folders or Exchange Mailboxes to Personal Folders (PST). You can select the folders to be included in the synchronization process or sync the complete PST file. Additional features include conflict and delete resolutions, user-defined fields and forms and more. Public SyncTool does not access the PST files directly but relies on proper Outlook configurations and use of the Corporate Workgroup mde - the PST file that want to synchronize with most be part of the Outlook folder tree. Synchronization can be performed automatically whenever Outlook is started or closed.
