front-end for command prompt PromptPal provides a modern front-end interface for the Microsoft command prompt (DOS box). The program does not replace the command processor itself - every instruction runs through Microsoft`s cmd.exe as normal, however it adds several useful functionalities that allow you to overcome limitation of the standard DOS window, and work faster, more efficiently. It offers context sensitive syntax help, command history, customizable command list and standard Open dialogs to insert file or directory paths (without typing). In addition, PromptPal also integrates with the Windows Explorer and optionally with as a Taskbar toolbar for quick access.
