PrintTrak (formerly Printer Squirrel) is a server/client application that monitors print jobs being sent to local or network printers and keeps logs and/or optionally sets usage charges. It is designed for environments where charging for printing needs to occur instantaneously, or where a number of individuals or groups are working together using the same equipment and need to be charged accordingly. The charges can be set based on paper size and color usage, and the program supports multiple charge profiles for different printers. Other features include email alerts, user and group management, custom queries to locate print jobs, web administration interface and more.
