PortableClipLibrary is a simple text snippet storage utility, that can be installed on a removable USB thumb drive. It can be used to store lists of text commands or snippets, and you can copy an item to the clipboard by simply clicking on it. The snippets are stored in an XML file, and you can create multiple files, and switch between them as needed. Unfortunately the program requires the .NET runtimes, so the portability is limited to computers that have .NET installed.
