PhotoPlayer 6 is a simple sideshow viewer that allows you to view all the images in a folder in a slideshow. You can zoom a photo with the scroll wheel of your mouse and also pan by simply moving your cursor. To save the zoomed view as a new image, you can simply press the enter key.
Pros: Zoom and pan with your mouse
Cons: Lacks standard image viewer features; no transition effects for slideshow; cannot play subfolders
