  • Price:Free Trial ($49.99)

automatic file uploader OutDisk FTP allows you to send large files via email, even if they exceed the size limitations of your email account. Instead of attaching the file(s) to your email message, the program uploads them to your FTP account and generates a download link that you can use to let the recipient download the file. If you have MS Outlook installed, OutDisk FTP can streamline the process by automatically inserting the link into your message. For all other purposes, you can drag and drop files onto the desktop icon and the program will upload the files and provide you with the download link. You can combine multiple files into a zip attachment, and optionally encrypt the archive. A remote file manager allows you to easily delete the uploaded files once they are no longer needed.

Trial Limitations: 15 day trial. Fully functional.

Problem with encrypted files 2 stars by Mark4pros Aug 03, 2008
It mostly works, however the problem comes when trying to open files the program has encrypted. Windows is unable to open these password protected files. This being the case that one problem eliminates 99 percent of all possible users who want to use the encryption feature built in. (who wouldn't) It does work with Win Zip, but try to explain to a client why they must purchase a forty dollar program so he/she can open the files you sent to them. I don't think thats going to work out. I can't recommend Outdisk until the publisher makes encrypted files MS Windows friendly. showShow review details
