Oscars JPEG Thumb-Maker is a thumbnail creator especially designed to resize digital image to fit into picture frames. Of course you can also use it for any other purpose, however the features it offers are especially useful for framing images. All you need to do is select the folder that contains the images and specify the desired dimensions. The program will always take care to protect the aspect ratio of the images, no matter what. For pictures that do not work with the desired dimensions, you can select from easy to understand rules that offer alternate processing methods. Additional features include support for portrait images, several effects and more. A nice, easy to use tool that is useful for any digital camera owner. If not for framing, you can also use it to create smaller, yet perfect versions of your images that are better suited for email than the full-size originals.
