OrgScheduler 1+1
share a calendar on the network
OrgScheduler 1+1 is a server/client application that enables you to share a calendar with multiple users, allowing each user to read, edit and add entries. The program supports import/export and synchronization with Microsoft Outlook, making it easy to start sharing your existing Outlook calendar. You can drag and drop entries to change the date and/or time of the event, set up recurring entries and also trigger network wide reminders. The calendar can display daily, weekly or monthly views as vertical and horizontal timeline. Other features include color labels, a built-in print designer, export to HTML, XML and Excel, integrated calendar backup and more. OrgScheduler 1+1 allows you to control access to the calendar server with usernames and passwords, however you should be aware of the fact that it does not provide any way to set user permissions, each user has full permissions to edit (or delete) entries at will, even those created by other users.
Pros: Easy to use; drag and drop scheduling; print designer; license includes unlimited users
Cons: Does not support user permission, each user can edit or delete entries at will.
