You can use the software to avoid common mistakes like forgetting to attach a file or leaving the subject line empty, and you can also create custom rules for complex scenarios. Each rule is made up from a "Check that..." statement and an IF condition, e.g. "Check that Bob is set as CC recipient if I send a message to Bill". Outgoing Email Checker can check the subject line, To:, CC: and BCC: address fields, file attachment size/name and mail account used.
