find duplicate items in Outlook Outlook Duplicate Items Remover (ODIR) enables you to find and remove duplicate emails, contacts, tasks, notes and appointments in MS Outlook. The program scans a selected Outlook folder and determines whether an item is a duplicate based on a variety of properties, including date, message ID, sender and other details (see our screenshots). It then moves the items to a ODIR subfolder from where they can be reviewed and optionally deleted. ODIR uses a pre-configured set of rules to determine which items are duplicate. These rules are designed to find exact duplicates with identical properties and will be completely sufficient for the vast majority of users. However, for those who have very specific demands, there is no way to customize or change these settings.ODIR runs in all 32-bit Outlook versions starting from Outlook 2000.
