SnapFiles descripton: adjust the speed of an AVI MotionPerfect lets you adjust the speed, frame-rate of run-time of an AVI video file. It calculates the motion within the video so that all moved or newly computed frames have the right camera position and all objects have proper position. You can use it to create extreme slow-motion clips, change frame rates or to shrink a video to fit into a time-slot.
