Mobile TCP enables you to automatically forward SMTP connections to the correct SMTP server, based on the network you are currently connected with. The program is designed for people that travel or frequently switch between network configuration, and have to update their SMTP server settings each time. Mobile TCP allows you to set up multiple configurations and it automatically uses the proper SMTP server - while your email program remains configure to use localhost. It can check the internal (LAN) or external (WAN) IP address, and optionally check POP3 accounts as well.
