Minutes of Meeting Recorder is an audio recording tool, that allows you to take minutes of meetings by recording discussion and writing standard summaries. It automatically saves each new recording as a separate section and also offers voice operated recording mode. Features include an Exact Time Positioner (ETP) bar for quick and precise positioning within a recorded section, mouse wheel support and keyboard shortcuts. All recordings are 8-bit, mono, with 44KHz as the default sampling rate, but you can also use 22KHz and 11KHz. While recording the meeting, the program allows you to take categorized notes in regards to the agenda, action, closure and participants. Both text and audio are saved to the same meeting file that can be easily sent via email.
