Max-Bid-Timer is a simple bid sniper for eBay auctions that can automatically place your bid at a precise time (e.g. a few seconds before closing). The program can synchronize your PC time with online time servers to make sure that your system time is accurate. You can place bids on multiple items, but this requires you to run multiple instances of the program. Max-Bid-Timer lack many of the features offered by other sniping tools, but is easy to use and inexpensive.
Pros: Easy to use; inexpensive
Cons: Requires you to manually calculate bid times; can only handle one bid per instance; does not retrieve item details
