add custom icons to IE MakoButton allows you to add custom buttons to the Internet Explorer toolbar, that can launch a web site, program or command of your choice. The program provides a simple interface, that lets you specify the file or web site to launch, as well as a custom icon (and mouseover icon) that will be displayed in the toolbar. In addition, you can also remove or modify existing toolbar buttons.
