extend Office mail merge features Mail Merge Toolkit allows you to extend the existing mail merging capabilities in MS Outlook and Word. You can insert data fields into subject field, add attachments and send emails in HTML, RTF and text formats. Mail Merge Toolkit also provides you with more control over the sending process and comes with an option to terminate a mailing at any time. The program requires that you create your email message with MS Word and then send the merged emails via MS Outlook.
