send personalized email messages Mach5 Mailer allows you to send personalized email messages to customers, from any ODBC data source including Access and Excel, with conditional content, HTML formatting, or attachments. The program also includes an built in mail delivery server (SMTP) for simple use, and a scheduler so you can send your mailing during low-bandwidth or idle hours. The program is easy to use, you can preview what your recipients will see with the message preview, and then click Send for fast multi-threaded delivery. Attachments are automatically encoded and can come from a field in your database so different contacts can get different attachments. Mach5 Mailer supports advanced scripting features that enable you to create dynamic messages by using script commands from the built-in language or and external script engine like PHP, VB Scrip or JScript. The evaluation version is limited to sending 200 emails at once and adds a tagline to the messages. It can be used freely and does not expire.

After having purchased the catastrophic competitor Worldcast, I switched to Mach5 Mailer and it worked like a breeze. Mach5 Mailer is extremely powerful, and the good news are that if you don't need the advanced features, they won't come in the way. I was able to use various SMTP servers with lots of constraints thanks to the advanced options (you can limit the flow right under your allowance for example). The tech support seems great (1st question answered right away, on a Saturday !). For $99, I didn't dream getting that many features. The Gold version, more expensive has practically unlimited power dues to scripting support, but it's definitely not for beginenrs. The regular registered version is just perfect even for quite complex mailings. I strongly recommend this tool. showShow review details
