email search engine for Outlook Lookeen is a search add-in for Microsoft Outlook that can speed up your email searches dramatically, allowing you to quickly locate emails, contacts, appointments, attachments and other Outlook items, as well as local files on your PC. The program indexes selected Outlook PST stores and folders on a regular schedule, allowing for almost instant results from your keyword searches. The Lookeen search bar integrates with your Outlook toolbar/ribbon and also offers quick access buttons that allow you to locate new mail items or items that are related to the currently selected message. Powerusers will appreciate the Lookeen Analytics feature, which enables you to view overall statistics for all your email activities by day, month, year or day of the week. Other features include support for shared indexes, favorite searches, customizable background indexing and more.

What this tool does, is to basically master the complicate' task: search and find your emails within the Outlook `inbox jungle`. Easy to use interface and a lot of customizable search options. It saved me a lot of time since I decided to replace the instant search with Lookeen. showShow review details

Our company bought Lookeen a few months ago, especially because it works so perfect with exchange server! But this is not all, it also searchs public folders and comes with a lot of very helpful GPOs! It really facilitate the work flow and you save a lot of time with it!
