If your someone who doesnt queue up a bunch of files to download then this is the perfect download manager. If however you wish for downloading multiple files go with either orbit downloader or DAP. I dont recommend fdm because all the features are average at best, it is not best at anything on its own. showShow review details

This is very good download manager that has more than enough features (most of which you will probably never use) and the downloads are generally fast. Nice interface. The freeware version will only allow you to download one file at a time which is why I currently use Free download Manager. Nevertheless this is a fine program. I bought the premium version of this program and it worked ok for a couple of days, but now downloads either don't start or end up corrupt. Tried on various sites and installed on a different computer still the same. Sent a support request to the author (support is supposed to be included in the price) and he has not had the decency to even reply to me. Very poor and as it doesn't work, very poor value for money. showShow review details
