backup your Outlook mail and settings Lookeen Backup for Outlook is a simple tool that enables you to backup (and restore) your Outlook PST files and settings. In addition to Outlook settings, the program can also include several MS Office settings and browser favorites in your backup set. Lookeen Backup for Outlook makes a copy of your PST file, which contains all of your email messages and most of your settings and preferences. There are also options to include several other Outlook settings which are stored outside the PST files. Unfortunately, the program does not allow you to choose which mail folders to include or exclude, so your backups will be rather large and include all your deleted items as well as junk mail and file attachments. Lookeen Backup for Outlook can be scheduled (via the Windows Task Manager) to perform your backups automatically, however since it requires Outlook to be closed during the backup, this automation feature is only of limited use.
