Jpeg Enhancer can fix images, that have been damaged by low-quality JPEG compression. If you have a photo that has been compressed at a low quality rate, the details can often appear blurry and smudged as a result of it. Jpeg Enhancer will attempt to fix this and achieve an improved appearance in many cases, however, it will not turn a low quality photo into a high quality one, so keep your expectations at bay. The program is easy to use and allows for some custom adjustments and further tweak the results. The interface lets you load the damaged image and then preview the fixed version next to it.
