iVol allows you to adjust your volume, using your wheel mouse. Unlike similar tools, iVol supports one-handed operation by pressing and turning the wheel to adjust the volume. In addition, it also supports Shift+Wheel as an alternative. The program can display an on-screen volume level, and also allows you to switch between audio devices.
