You can create multiple profiles (e.g home, office etc.) and configure the basic TCP/IP network properties for each, and then apply the settings by simply activating the profile. IP Shifter only supports the standard IP address and DNS settings, and lacks support for advanced configurations like printers, proxies, SMTP and other network settings.
