iPodME is an easy to use tool that lets you convert video files to iPod format. It does not require installation and includes all necessary codecs. The program provides you with a choice of speed vs.quality presets and popular resolutions as well as an option to customize the (x264 or Xvid) encoder settings. Other features aspect ratio adjustments, batch conversion with optional PC shutdown and process priority settings. iPodME also supports subtitle and can take advantage of multiple processors.
