It works by indexing selected folders or drives, and then runs searches on the index, allowing almost instant results. It supports Boolean searches and phrase searches, and provides context preview and keyword highlights in the search results. Instant Document Search only supports Plain Text, Rich Text, MS Word and HTML documents.
