imageN makes it easy to acquire, view, edit, organize and publish digital images. Program features include: A unique, uncluttered (but somewhat awkward) user interface, digital camera support, download, upload, process and rename images. The program supports EXIF, CIFF and JFIF/APP12 formats as well as Photoshop plug-in filters. It features lossless JPEG transformations and high quality image re-sampling and rotation. Image corrections: brightness,contrast, RGB, HSL, Gamma and more. Also included is a fast image browser and an image database. Additional features include the option to export image information to a SQL database. One of the nicest features is that imageN includes a built-in web server that is integrated with the image database and does not require you to maintain HTML files. You can simply start the program, open a directory and then access it from any web browser by using the IP address. imageN will automatically create thumbnail galleries of your pictures, complete with your annotations and file information. The interface needs some getting used to.
