IE Picture Framer is a simple tool to add virtual picture frames to your digital images. You can select from several frame styles (20 more in the registered version) and optionally add a drop shadow effect as well. The result can be copied to the clipboard or saved as new image.
Pros: Easy to use; inexpensive
Cons: Not many frames to choose from, additional frames must be purchased; no photo mats; no image resizing; no batch processing
