It allows quick browsing of dll`s or folders, you can search for new icons inside EXE or DLL files or browse your existing icon collection. Icons can be copied to clipboard or saved as BMP or ICO file. IconXpert offers a handy feature that let`s you add new icons to a collection from the right click menu. It also supports launching of your icon editor and creation of favorite entries for faster navigation.

Ok but could be great... 2 stars by Kittycalbard
Good: it's nice looking, has good features, and isn't over-complex -- but having the ability to add more than 1 icon at a time to a collection would be a HUGE improvement! Problems I had: it took a few tries to make it change drives/folders, no matter what I tried. Clicking on an icon .dll brought up a hidden dialog that wouldn't let me select the main screen, and I had to f4 it. When error dialogs appeared, they were in German, even though I set it to English. If the author fixes the problems and adds in the ability to add multiple icons to a collection, this will probably become a 5-star program! (I apologize for the lack of paragraphs; I included them, but SnapFiles won't post them. Phooey.) showShow review details
