archive email to HTML HTML Email Archiver for Outlook allows you to export and archive your Outlook mail items, including messages, Tasks, Contacts and more. The HTML output is formatted to look very similar to the actual Outlook interface, so it provides familiar way to navigate your archived messages. You can choose to export messages based on date and also select which attachment types to include. The program supports HTML output, as well as compiled HTML archives (.chm) and Mobile Devices. HTML Email Archiver only exports messages, it does not delete any of the items.

Trial Limitations: 30 day trial. Some features disabled.

A typical Buyer Beware item. My fault, when testing the trial version I didnt notice an odd view of Sent Items. Instead of showing the To address column, HTML Mail Archiver changes Outlook view to From column resulting in hundreds of emails showing only your email address. If you want to see to whom you sent the email, you have to do an item-by-item manual search. The Inbox part works very well showing mail by the From column. Otherwise well designed product shows a deadly fault. I bought MAPI software over a year ago and it sits unused. I notified MAPI about he problem, but a couple versions later the Sent Items issue still remains unresolved, and they seem unwilling to do anything about it. showShow review details
