Homeland Security Threat Monitor is a small system tray application that displays the current threat level as posted on the official Homeland Security website. It offers blinking notification of increased threat level and has several different icon styles to choose from, each indicating the level with the associated color display. Standalone executable, just run it or put a shortcut in your startup folder to have it start automatically.
