Hikari Anime Chat is a chat client designed for anime fans. It offers standard chat features and display of personal avatars along with the user name. In addition to the common features, the program supports voice chat, as well as whiteboard sessions and file sharing. Hikari Anime Chat is a rather new community and at time of review it offered very little activity in the 3 chat rooms that were provided, however this may change as more people are using the software.
