Haute Secure is a browser toolbar that aims to provide protection from malicious web sites, advertisements, photos, and embedded links that can expose users to malware and other threats. The software provides site ratings based on community feedback and allows you to contribute by submitting your own votes for the sites you visit. The more people use Haute Secure, the safer your computer is from data theft - unfortunately (since this is a brand-new product) very few people are using the software at this point, so the security value and feedback are a mere concept and should not be considered reliable (yet). If you would like to help build the community, give it a try, if you are looking for reliable online security features, you should wait until Haute Secure has matured.
