It offers a choice of several industry standard wiping algorithms (Gutmann, DoD etc.) which vary in the number of file overwrites and time they take to complete the wiping operation. You can choose to wipe individual files or entire folders, and also purge the Windows Swapfile and wipe the free space on a selected hard drive.
