GroupMail (Personal Edition) is an email list mailer that allows you to send personalized text or HTML messages to multiple mailing lists. The program can import existing mailing lists from Outlook Express, Eudora, Opera, AOL, Netscape address books and common distribution list formats. It supports mail merge and recipient filtering with exclusion lists as well as direct SMTP mailings (bypassing your ISP`s mail server). You can create messages in plain text or HTML format and use your own message templates or choose from more than 20 ready-to-use designs. Several free add-ons are available that allow you to add features like subscribe/unsubscribe management, email verification and more. GroupMail also offers Business and Marketing editions for purchase that add database connectivity and other advanced features.
