Global Time Synchronizer is a time synchronization tool with several additional features. It includes a desktop clock with built-in popup calendar, and alarm (recurring) notifications, that can optionally be used to replace the standard clock display in the system tray. The program synchronizes itself with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Atomic Clock servers and supports SNTP as well as Time Protocol (RFC868) and Socks4/5 proxy connections. Global Time Synchronizer includes a variety of skins for the clock display and additional ones can be downloaded from the Internet. Other features include built-in time zone display, allowing you to show additional time zones or cities in the tooltip, support for European date format and more.
