GFI MailArchiver for Exchange is an email archiving solution for Microsoft Exchange Server, that enables you to archive all incoming and outgoing company email to multiple SQL databases. It allows you to fulfill regulatory requirements (such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act) AND provide users with easy, centralized access to past email via a web-based search interface. GFI MailArchiver for Exchange leverages the journaling feature of Exchange Server 2000/2003 and therefore provides scalability and reliability at a competitive cost. Exchange Server journals all mail to a particular mailbox, after which GFI MailArchiver retrieves the mail, compresses the attachments and stores the mail in Microsoft SQL server.
