application launcher getStarted!XP is an application launcher that you can use to access your favorite programs or files. It displays a set of icons along any edge of your desktop that are associated with programs, folders or files of your choice. The icons are customizable in size and use mouseover magnification for visual effects. getStarted!XP supports drag and drop, auto-hide, directory sub-menus for folders, and a choice of skins.
