Fx MPEG Writer enables you to convert Windows Media, DV, VOB, AVI and MPEG to MPEG-1, MPEG-1 VCD, and AVI (DivX, XviD, MPEG-4). The program allows to specify NTSC or PAL format as well as width and height of the output file. The trial version does not expire, but does not support MPEG-2 conversion.
