When the countdown comes to an end, it displays a message and can sound an alarm or play an MP3 file of your choice. You can create countdown events based on a custom number of hours, minutes and seconds or based on an upcoming calendar date. To make sure that you won't miss an alarm, the program can optionally wake your computer from sleep mode, turn on your monitor and increase the volume when a countdown has ended.

I've tried so many timers, and by far, this one is the most complete I've ever used. Its so smart, and sooo easy to use, even for a child, yet, its loaded with advanced features. You can create preset timers of all sorts, and when you need one, all you have to do is tick in front of it. It also has a snooze feature, and loop. It comes with 14 sounds to choose from. A nifty feature is that you can set it so that once it fires, it automatically increases your PC volume up to 100 (selectable) in case your volume is set too low to hear the alarm sound. You can use it as a countdown timer, or as an alarm. It can be set for years in advance! to remind you of important occasions. But I use it simply for oven cooking. Its exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend it. showShow review details
