You can also take screenshots and benchmark your FPS and frame times, which are displayed in a corner of the display. The video or still captures can be conveniently started and stopped via keyboard hotkeys at any time and there are no dialogs to interfere with your gaming experience. Fraps is able to capture good quality video, however, they are saved in uncompressed AVI format and can quickly fill up your hard drive.
