It includes video editing features to add special effects (sepia, motion blur etc.), as well as watermarks using text or image overlays. You can also trim the video and add a secondary audio stream for background music, using WAV, MP3 or WMA files. Flash Video Studio then creates the complete Flash file and HTML code for publishing, using a choice of player control skins and custom navigation options. Additional features include batch processing, automatic FTP upload, real time bandwidth and file size estimation, video adjustments and more. Flash Video Studio supports AVI, WMV, ASF, MPEG and Quicktime formats.

I recently (and regretably) purchased a program from another company for this same purpose. It doesn't convert any video. I tried it on 4 machines and it will not work. This one however, worked first time. And the options for watermarking and effects are great. The file was very small for the quality i chose to render and I am going to purchase this one as soon as I am done typing this.
