ExpressFTP is a small and easy to use FTP program that offers a Windows Explorer-like interface and several handy features like recursive folder deletion, recursive uploads, folder creation and more. It is mostly designed for file uploads and downloads and does not provide options to set permission on the remote files. For what it does, however it is fast, easy to use and requires no installation.
