Express Dictate is a personal voice recorder software, that you can use to record memos and send your recordings to your typist or assistant by email, the internet or over your network. It supports direct recording via microphone, as well as import from portable devices or files and includes features such as automatic editing and voice activated recording. The recordings can be compressed to reduce file size, and optionally encrypted to protect your privacy. Express Dictate allows you to add additional notes to a recording, and can also prompt you for input data such as client name, case number or similar identifier, which are then associated with the recording. The program can record to wav, mp3 or dct file formats.
