The software is entirely email based and does not require an intermediate web server to process the results. It works by sending out individual HTML forms to the recipients, which can then submit the completed form via email, and Email Questionnaire will collect and analyze the results from your POP account. It creates a statistical report with bar graphs and pie charts that allows you to view the results of the survey. The program includes more than 30 templates that you can customize or import your own. Other features include WYSIWYG form design and editing, mail merge, personal FAQ library and more.
