create and send email surveys Easy Survey allows you to create email surveys that can be sent via Outlook or posted online. It integrates with MS Outlook to create a new survey, however requires Office Pro (including MS Access) to manually create a database for the survey. The program comes with two examples, however requires some advanced knowledge and familiarity with database table creation and connectivity in order to get it working properly. The finished survey is sent as an email form, which the recipient can fill and submit. Easy Survey automatically monitors your incoming mail for survey responses and then processes them accordingly.
