It allows you to keep very detailed record of your DVDs, including custom online links, cast information, personal ratings, barcodes, and more. You can also scan cover images, IMDB numbers, color coded icons and customize other details. DVD Collector also includes a loan manager and a purchase manager that lets you keep track of purchased DVD tiles as well as the ones that you have loaned to friends. A very nice DVD manager, the only caveat is that the online information retrieval is mostly focused on Region 4 movies.

The Collector is a great program. needs a little updating, but great. would like more color choices for categorizing. but wonderful. especially like the Import and Export feature. lets me work on Excel to create the info then move the info in where i want it to be. with 1000+ files i don't have to create each one separately Thank. I just d'load the program and when I try to put one of my movies into the database it wasn't recognized in the online search. Turns out that the info it was looking through was in some person's database and not in a big name website like amazon.com and to "add salt to the wound" the program has a bad case of "Program Rot" meaning it hasn't been updated for a while. showShow review details
