Docsvault Small Business Edition is a server/client based document management software that enables you to store your company`s important documents in a central repository, organize them into cabinets and folders, track changes via audit trails and version history, burn selected documents to CD/DVD and more. You can import paper documents directly from your scanner and automatically convert the scanned document to PDF, TIFF or other digital formats. The built-in scanning interface provides an easy way to turn stacks of paper into multi page PDF files. Users can create/share documents from one central place enabling efficient collaboration throughout the office. Other features include a built-in task manager with reminders and linked documents, integrated document search engine, backup/restore, MS Office integration, version control and much more.
