DocMoto is a Windows integrated file server, that stores and manages your files, and allows other users to access and edit them, while maintaining a complete set of file revision, allowing you to recover previous versions of a file and undo changes or errors. It integrates directly with Windows Explorer, allowing you to share files through the DocMoto server, rather than standard shared folders. DocMoto enables multiple users to work on a single file without having to worry about overwriting each others work. It uses an easy-to-understand, library-like method that lets you check-in/out files (they will not be available to others while they are checked out), edit them and then return them, so that others can perform their work. The administrator can restrict access to files by creating multiple user groups, each with different access privileges. DocMoto does not require any additional software such as databases, and can be installed in minutes with no technical knowledge. It runs as a client server implementation winthin Windows explorer.
