Download Toolbar for Internet Explorer is a convenient download manager and image viewer that integrates into the IE interface. It offers special features for downloading of images, but can be used for all other file types as well (mp3, exe, zip etc.). When used with images, you can simply click the download button, and it will start downloading all images from the site your are currently viewing, and immediately presents them to you in a slideshow while they are downloading in the background. The toolbar can be configured to only download files that meet your criteria. For example, during our review, we visited the NASA web site, entered an image gallery and clicked the download button - the Download Toolbar started downloading while presenting a slideshow of all images it found. The images are automatically saved to a folder and you can navigate them from within IE, delete selected files and more. Even though the program can be used for other downloads as well, we found it particular handy for image downloads.
