Disk Write Copy Personal
create a temporary test environment
Disk Write Copy Personal enables you to create a temporary work environment on your computer that allows you to test new software, experiment with tweaks or try other system settings without affecting your original computer configuration or files. Once the protection is activated, the computer is booted into a shadow disk mode, and any changes you make are applied to the shadow volume only - not to your actual data. The next time you reboot your computer the original state will be restored and any changes that were made between reboots are undone. Disk Write Copy Personal can be useful to those who like to experiment with new software products without running a risk of messing up their system. Because ALL changes to the disk (including files) that are made during shadow mode will become undone, the software should only be used for temporary protection and not as a backup strategy.
